Data controller
The controller for personal data in connection with this website is the person named in the Legal Notice (Imprint). You will find the full postal address there.
Technical data when you use this website
To deliver this website, our infrastructure processes technical access data (for example IP address, time of the request, and browser information) as generated in the normal course of a page view. Cookies or similar storage may also be used if tags loaded through Google Tag Manager set them.
Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM). Depending on how our container is configured, it may load further tags for measurement and marketing. These can include, for example, Google Ads (advertising and conversion measurement) and Google Analytics or similar analytics tools. Processing in this respect is determined by the tools actually enabled in GTM. Google acts as a processor in accordance with its product terms; information on processing is provided in Google’s privacy documentation.
Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy. Data may be transferred to the United States and other third countries where Google operates, based on Google’s described safeguards and subject to your statutory rights.
Closed beta email signup
If you sign up for the closed beta, we process the email address you enter in order to operate the waitlist and to send you information about news and access to the beta. Providing your email is voluntary. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Marketing measurement after signup
After a successful signup, the website sends an event named “beta_email_signup” to the browser data layer. Google Tag Manager can use this event for measurement configured in the container (for example conversion tracking).
Storage and retention
We store signup email addresses in our application database together with the time of registration. We keep this data only as long as needed for the waitlist and related communication, and delete it when the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection where applicable. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
